|Recommended: YesVery Resident-Oriented — I've been in apartment complexes where the staff seems focused on getting new business through the door and are inattentive to their residents. I can only say this is one very happy resident. When I have turned in maintenance requests they respond QUICKLY and professionally and I have always been satisfied with the outcome and are always prompt and responsive to concerns and questions. I have already happily renewed my lease.
I gave only four stars for hearing neighbors but I live in a bottom floor apartment so some sound goes with the territory but it hasn't been bad at all.
Before moving into The Crossings I looked at several area complexes in my price range, stopped and talked with residents at each one and it was an easy choice.

We were happy to call this complex home for the past year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and clean apartment complex with amenities for all walks of life.

|Recommended: YesBest Place I've Lived So Far — Compared to previous apartment experiences, I can definitely say the Crossings of Bellevue is by far the best. I love the location and it's incredibly easy to get a maintenance work order sorted out. My only complaint is that my upstairs neighbors sound like they're filming for Stomp the Yard 3 but that's not the complex's fault. 10 10 would recommend
