Pet Regulations:Pets Allowed
Details:We recognize that pets are part of the family. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet and pet rent is $20 per month per pet. There is maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is no weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. |
