We allow not more than 2 pets per apartment home.
A one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required at time of move in. In addition, monthly pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet is required. Our Pet PolicyDetails: We recognize that pets are part of the family. There is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee for animals and $20 per month pet rent.. There is maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is no weight limit.
We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
